The property is located at the top of a hill, on a private estate of 18.000 sq ft protected by a wall, in a calm and secure area of the Acapulco center, close to the bay beaches. It is bordered by a beautiful tropical garden of 14.000 sq ft, planted with palm, coco and mango trees and scattered with modern sculptures.
Charming hidden recesses let you chat, drink, read, write or take a nap in a hammock, rocked by the gentle breeze, the waves surf and the birds calls.
The 4.000 sq ft built area is composed of two separate houses: the main house with two floors, that is to say two independant lodging levels, each with a private swimming pool.
There is a separate second house (the annex house), more simple, with a lodging level on the second floor and a closed parking on the first floor.
Each of the lodging levels are independant, separated by doors to protect privacy. Depending on your needs, you can rent only one level , two or the three together, and then the entire property will be yours with its two swimming pools.
The property with its big garden and its total of ten rooms, can be rented by couples or families with children, or for special events: honeymoons, large marriage parties, seminars. Available by the week or an extended (three nights) week-end.
